We are seeking a talented, early career, Quality Assurance Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet regulatory requirements and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. If you are passionate about quality and have a strong attention to detail, this opportunity is for you.
Your Responsibilities will include:

Conduct routine and periodic product quality reviews (PQRs) in accordance with established procedures and schedules.

Review manufacturing, testing, inspection, and release documentation to verify compliance with quality requirements.

Analyse product quality data, trends, deviations, complaints, and non-conformances.

Ensure product quality review reports are completed accurately and within required timelines.

Verify that product specifications, acceptance criteria, and regulatory requirements are consistently met.

Participate in internal audits and quality assessments.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Maintain accurate documentation and records related to quality assurance activities.
Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science or related field

Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to analyse data, trends and documentation

Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and quality management software

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
