Lead integrated, place-based transport outcomes at scale.
Join Transport for NSW and play a pivotal role in shaping integrated, customer-focused transport outcomes that connect communities and support the future of NSW.
In this role, you’ll:
Lead a precinct-based team that brings together planning, investment and delivery to shape integrated transport outcomes across the North West, Sydney. You will drive a cohesive, outcome-focused approach across services, infrastructure and networks—ensuring solutions are aligned to community needs, network priorities and long-term growth.
The North West area covers the broad LGAs of Penrith, Hawkesbury, Fairfield, Blacktown, and The Hills Shire.
As the precinct lead, you will mobilise multi-disciplinary, matrixed teams and partner across government, local councils and industry to remove barriers, optimise performance and deliver seamless, customer-focused outcomes. You will oversee program lifecycles, from prioritisation through to delivery, championing innovation, accountability and trusted stakeholder engagement.
You will also act as the primary Transport for NSW representative in the precinct, providing strategic advice across the Transport Cluster, sponsoring business cases and ensuring coordinated, place-based delivery that strengthens community confidence and delivers measurable outcomes.
