This is a flexible role of 3 to 5 days per week, available as part-time or full-time, with an immediate start and multiple positions on offer. You will work with a varied and rewarding caseload of both children and adults, across a mix of clinic-based, mobile (home and school visits), and tele-health sessions. We welcome both new graduates and experienced clinicians, and you will be well supported whatever your stage.
What you'll be doing
- Assessing, planning, and delivering speech pathology services to children and adults
- Working across areas such as language, speech sounds, fluency, social communication, literacy, AAC, and swallowing
- Providing therapy across clinic, mobile, and telehealth settings
- Maintaining clear, timely clinical notes and reports
- Collaborating with clients, families, schools, and our wider team
- Participating in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development
What we're looking for
- Eligibility for Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) membership with Speech Pathology Australia
- A current Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain one
- A valid driver's licence and access to a car, as travel to clients is required
- Strong, client-centred clinical skills in assessment and evidence-based treatment
- Warm, professional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and families
- A genuine passion for helping people of all ages communicate with confidence
