We are seeking a customer-focused and commercially minded Property Manager to join our Asset Management team. Working closely with the Asset Manager, you will take ownership of a designated property portfolio, building strong tenant relationships, driving customer satisfaction and retention, and supporting the financial and operational performance of the assets. This is a hands-on role offering broad exposure across property operations, financial management, tenant engagement, and capital projects within a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of industrial and commercial assets, delivering exceptional tenant service and fostering strong customer relationships to support occupancy and retention.

Drive the financial performance of assets through budgeting, forecasting, reporting, income optimisation, and management of outgoings, recoveries, and arrears.

Oversee day-to-day property operations, including lease administration, rental reviews, reporting, compliance, and maintenance of accurate property data in Yardi.

Partner with Facilities Managers and service providers to ensure assets are well maintained, operationally efficient, and presented to a high standard.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on leasing activities, tenant matters, capital projects, lease negotiations, and asset improvement initiatives.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following skills, experience and approach:
- Tertiary qualification in property, real estate, business, commerce, or a related discipline.

Approximately 2-5 years' experience in commercial or industrial property management, asset management, facilities management, or a related property field.

Strong understanding of property operations, lease administration, budgeting, outgoings recoveries, and financial reporting, with experience using property management systems such as Yardi viewed favourably.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and internal teams.

Highly organised with strong attention to detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
