The Role:
You will be utilising your industry knowledge and ensuring all transactions are seamless. On a day-to-day basis, your specific duties will include, but not be limited to -
- Packaging applications (from lead to submission)
- Undertake negotiations with mortgage providers
- Communicating with clients and lenders (written as well as verbal)
- Compare various offerings and recommending to the client
- Arranging valuation and pricing
- Undertake income verification and serviceability
- Database/CRM management
- General broker assisting duties
- Managing applications from Submission to Settlement
The Candidate:
- Must have relevant qualification in finance
- Minimum of 1 year loan packaging & processing experience.
- Atleast one year of experience in Australian mortgage industry
- ApplyOnline (AOL) experience is desirable but not mandatory.
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload & problem solving.
- Provide a high standard of customer service.
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Experience in Loan Structuring is desirable but not mandatory.
