About the role:
Deliver patient-centred care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, using contemporary, evidence-based nursing practice.
Bring advanced skills and experience to provide comprehensive care, contribute to care planning and act as a positive role model to less experienced staff.
Promote safe, quality care by following policies and procedures, participating in quality improvement, risk management and incident reporting.
Contribute to teamwork and leadership by collaborating with the Registered Nurse, participating in decision-making and clinical governance, and applying evidence-based practice to achieve the best outcomes.
About you:
Current Enrolled Nurse registration with AHPRA is essential; Advanced skills in relevant clinical areas are a bonus.
Strong, evidence-based clinical skills and the ability to work within EN professional standards.
Someone who is adaptable, collaborative and confident working through change with clear, respectful communication with patients, carers and colleagues.
Committed to the delivery of high-quality, patient centred care and services.
What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $99,978 p.a. is comprised of:
An hourly rate between $41.64 - $44.19 p.h.
12.75% employer superannuation contribution
17.5% leave loading
