Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children in our care.
- Implement age-appropriate educational programs and activities.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Monitor and support children's developmental milestones.
- Provide personal care and support as required.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and organized learning environment.
- Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).
- Current First Aid/CPR certification.
- Working with Children Check
-Police Check, willing to obtain
-Food safety
-Foundations of child safety training completed
-Safe sleep training
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and practices.
- Demonstrated passion for early childhood education and care.
- Flexibility and availability to work part-time or casual
