Village Operations | Perth Based with remote FIFO travel | 5:2 Roster
Civeo is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and highly capable Operations Manager to lead and support operational excellence across several village locations in Western Australia. This key role ensures consistently high standards, delivers exceptional guest experiences, and drives performance across multiple sites and client portfolios.
You will oversee day-to-day village operations, support on-site management teams, and partner closely with our internal departments—including IT, Retail Operations, Finance, and HSQE—to deliver safe, efficient, and profitable services. Success in this role requires experience and confidence in managing multiple clients, scopes, and high-volume operational demands .
Your availability to fly to site weekly from Tuesday to Thursday from Perth Airport is essential.
Your ability to problem-solve, delegate effectively, manage competing deadlines, and communicate with confidence will be critical to your success.
