Your day as an Associate Director
As an Associate Director, you will lead the delivery of high-profile policy, budget and reform initiatives that support government decision-making and improve outcomes for the people of NSW. Working across Treasury and government agencies, you will provide strategic advice, lead complex analysis and drive priority projects from development through to implementation.
You will build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, influence whole-of-government outcomes and lead high-performing teams to deliver practical, evidence-based solutions. This is an opportunity for a collaborative and motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, exercises sound judgement and is passionate about driving positive change across the NSW public sector.

Eligibility
To be eligible to apply for ongoing employment at NSW Treasury, you must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident of Australia.
