Key Responsibilities
- Be the welcoming face and steady hand at Front Desk overnight, delivering seamless check-in and check-out experiences.
- Process new reservations, modifications and cancellations accurately, keeping guest records up to date.
- Conduct regular overnight security walks, ensuring doors are locked and the property stays safe and secure.
- Keep public areas and corridors spotless — tidying, vacuuming and mopping as needed through the night.
- Resolve guest requests, feedback and complaints on the spot, escalating to the team when needed.
- Share your local knowledge, recommending nearby sights, activities and events to our guests.
- Pitch in wherever you're needed, lending a hand to other departments and taking on other reasonable duties.
What You’ll Bring
- A genuine passion for people and delivering great service.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, both verbal and written.
- High-level problem-solving skills and a calm, can-do attitude under pressure.
- Flexibility to work a night shift roster, including weekends and public holidays.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent, plus at least one year's experience in Front Desk or Guest Services (preferred).
- Proficiency in Opera Cloud is a plus.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus.
