The Role: We are looking for a highly organized, creatively sharp, and deeply curious Social Media Manager to join our internal team part-time. This is an operational, coordination, and management role. You won't be tasked with solo content creation or editing; instead, you will be the core engine that drives our strategy forward, shapes our ideas, and keeps our production pipelines running flawlessly.
What You’ll Do:
- Brainstorm & Strategize: Dive into trend analysis, research platform shifts, and come up with original concepts. You will collaborate directly with the Director to transform strategies into spreadsheets and actionable briefs.
- Run the Logistics & Travel: Manage shoot logistics from start to finish — including model outreach, prop sourcing, call sheets, and coordinate on-set schedules. You will be expected to travel to multiple shoot locations across Melbourne to keep production moving seamlessly.
- Post-Production: Manage the post-production pipeline with our team of creatives to enforce turnaround times and ensure we meet our deadlines.
- Analysis: Keep across weekly and monthly platform performance metrics, compiling sophisticated, insights-driven data reports for our clients.
About You:
- Creative & Driven: You have 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, social media management, account management, or agency environments. You have an exceptional eye for aesthetics, a deep curiosity for social media culture, and a drive to build something big.
- Original Thinker: You bring fresh ideas to the table, analyze what's working, and constantly push boundaries. We don't do boring content here.
- You Love People: You genuinely love human connection. You are warm, engaging, and bring a team-first energy to every shoot set and client interaction.
- Organised: While you are deeply creative, you also secretly love organization, spreadsheets, templates, and keeping moving parts running like clockwork.
