Primary Purpose:
The CRM Specialist is responsible for leading the end-to-end CRM program across Coach and Kate Spade ANZ, driving customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth through data-led lifecycle marketing. You will be working collaboratively with the ecommerce, digital, and marketing team to ensure our content is delivering value and engaging with our database.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the CRM roadmap across email and SMS, aligned to trading, product launches, and lifecycle objectives.

Develop and optimise customer lifecycle journeys (acquisition, welcome, retention, reactivation, winback).

Lead the end-to-end delivery of campaigns across both brands (briefing, build, QA, deployment).

Own and optimise the campaign calendar, ensuring alignment with broader marketing and ecommerce plans.

Drive use of dynamic content, triggered communications, and automation.

Provide commercial recommendations informed by campaign and customer data.

Track impact of CRM on revenue, retention, and database growth.

3+ years CRM experience in retail, ecommerce or digital

Strong email/SMS campaign and lifecycle marketing experience

Skilled in segmentation, automation and personalisation

Analytical mindset (GA, Tableau, Excel)

Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Cordial highly regarded)
