As a Property Manager at Raine & Horne Ashfield, you will oversee end-to-end property management functions as part of a team, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service for both landlords and tenants. You will be provided with ongoing training and experienced support.
Good communication skills and a solid understanding of NSW tenancy legislation are essential!
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating leasing activities in a team environment.
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, contractors and strata to ensure effective communication
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and compliance requirements for managed properties.
- Prepare leases and tenancy documentation.
- Utilise Property Tree to manage tenancy records, conduct market rent reviews, proactively monitor rental arrears and attend NCAT Tribunal.
Requirements:
- Current driver’s licence/reliable vehicle
- Certificate of Registration or Class 2 License
- Can do attitude and problem solving skills
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- 2 years’ experience in property management
Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
