Customer Sales & Service
- Greet and serve customers promptly at the counter
- Process quotes, invoices and payments accurately
- Handle phone enquiries and follow-ups on orders
- Assist customers in identifying the right timber or building products
- Maintain familiarity with timber, hardware, and building materials
- Learn and use POS, quoting, accurately
- Maintain filing of invoices & receipts
- End of day processes
- Timber knowledge an advantage, however on-site training will be provided
Applicant will be required to work one Saturday 8am-1pm every 6 weeks
Pay: $34.76 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
