Retail Team Member (Production / Install / Shop Support)
The Opportunity
Retail Team Members play a crucial role in getting our products from production into our customer's hands and onto their bikes. In this position, you will be proficient in greeting and processing customers’ bookings and orders, preparing orders, shipping, operating the printers, installing the product, and keeping on top of general functions to ensure the retail space runs smoothly.

RideWrap is a rider-owned and operated business. Since the beginning, our objective has been simple: help riders get the most out of their time riding bikes. RideWrap’s proprietary systems are born from combining a background in precision engineering with a love for riding bikes. We produce industry-leading frame protection components for all bikes and riders.

The Responsibilities
- Greet and process payments for customers, and handle phone enquiries.
- Prepare and ship kits and track orders.
- Support maintenance of equipment and tools (we'll provide the training!).
- Receive incoming supplies and organise stock.
- General shop upkeep.
- Clean and detail bikes that come into the shop.
- Meticulous install bike protection kits ensuring the highest quality and coverage, then rebuild and quality check.
- Retrieve bikes from off-site.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Keen attention to detail.
- Ability to stay in the zone and tackle a steady series of tasks.

- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
- Experience working with your hands.
- Working with bikes - asset.
- Experience working with vinyl/PPF products - asset.
- Customer service experience -asset.

Pay: $54,000.00 – $58,000.00 per year
