About the role
Support the delivery of high-quality medical education and training across Metro North Community and Oral Health (COH) while contributing to the development of the Queensland University of Technology (QUT) Medical Program. This role assists with the coordination, evaluation, and continuous improvement of medical education initiatives for junior medical officers, registrars, and principal house officers, with a strong focus on workplace-based learning, curriculum development, and innovative clinical education models.
You will work collaboratively with clinicians, academic staff, and health service partners to enhance medical education programs, support clinical placement planning, and contribute to the delivery of simulation and procedural skills training. The role also provides opportunities to participate in educational research, accreditation activities, and initiatives that promote trainee wellbeing, professional development, and best practice in medical education.
