Replenish Landscaping PTY LTD is looking for a Lead hand.
Full time, qualified employee to work 4-5 days a week. Offering above award wages and bonuses $42 an hour starting wage, happy to increase this if the candidate has experience. All applicants who pass paid trial shifts will have a trial period of 3 months.
Additional package: Car for daily work use, fuel to cover weekly work use.
For the right fit and experience 5% profit sharing can be discussed after 6 months.
We are a small landscape gardening business, that produces very high quality work and care for clients to improve quality of life.
Duties include: Completion of Construction and Maintenance works, documenting hours of projects, collecting and ordering materials, keeping to budget, leading small team, cleaning and maintaining tools and machines, leading small jobs without my guidance. Large projects to be joint lead by myself and the potential candidate.
Work is almost entirely in house so varies from simple garden renovations, Timber Construction including Decks and Pergolas, Welding, Paving, Irrigation, Planting, Excavation, Retaining Walls, Stone works wet and dry stack, Fencing, Design Work, Machinery Use, Turf Works, Lawn Maintenance, Pruning, hedging, Weeding Etc.
You will be helping me onsite with the small team or working solo, leading the job in the construction of landscapes 3-4 days a week. Currently a 3 person company soon to loose our beloved current lead, with occasional casual workers 1-2 days a week in busy periods.
3-4x a fortnight you will have more relaxed duties helping the maintenance team under my other lead hand. This will be helping the maintenance team or a day off depending on wanted hours.
Days work will be versatile, rarely repeating from week to week. 8am-4pm with some flexibility to work earlier or later to suit your schedule, especially if candidate is talented.
All ages welcome, experience/knowledge and positive attitude a must.
Paid trail days will be offered to keen individuals.

Trailer experience
Machinery experience
Landscape construction Cert III or Horticultural Cert III or equivalent trade certificate.
If Horticultural Cert, must have experience in landscape construction.
Quality experience and skill can also be replacement for qualifications 6+ years in industry
Study beyond this of course would be compensated accordingly.
Must have or the ability to obtain the following:
Drivers licence
Access to vehicle each day for trial, car provided once full time
Working with vulnerable peoples check (as we work with the NDIS)
White card
Asbestos awareness training
Silica awareness training
Open to start dates and trials, We currently have plenty of work so can be as soon as a couple of weeks from application, happy to wait to suit your needs, if you are the right fit.
