Campbelltown Hotel is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join its leadership team in the heart of Macarthur.
This is a hands-on role across bistro, bar, gaming and late-night operations, including overnight trade on a rotating management roster. You’ll lead shifts, support the team on the floor and help deliver the friendly, safe and relaxed experience our locals know us for.

What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day shifts across the bistro, bar and gaming floor
- Coach the team and provide clear direction throughout service
- Keep front-of-house operations connected and running smoothly
- Deliver friendly service and resolve customer or team issues confidently
- Maintain strong liquor, gaming, safety and security standards
- Support labour, stock, cash control and broader venue performance
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Duty Manager or senior hospitality supervisor in a busy pub
- Hands-on experience across bar, bistro and gaming, with confidence overseeing gaming operations
- A practical leadership style that keeps the team focused during busy shifts
- Sound knowledge of NSW liquor, gaming and responsible-service requirements
- Availability across evenings, weekends, public holidays and overnight shifts
- Current NSW RSA and RCG certificates
