MKR Groups operates established Japanese dining venues across Sydney.
We are currently hiring Section Waiters and Bartenders for our Manly venue, a modern Japanese izakaya.
Experience is preferred but not essential. We welcome applicants with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Hourly Rates
- Weekdays: $24.95–$28.12
- Saturday: $31.19–$35.15
- Sunday: $37.43–
Rates are based on the Restaurant Industry Award. Cash payment may be negotiable. Weekend and public holiday penalty rates apply. Trial period rates may apply separately based on performance and suitability.

What You’ll Do
- Manage a section and provide friendly, attentive service
- Take food and drink orders, including sake and cocktails
- Communicate with kitchen and bar for smooth service
- Handle payments, POS, and guest requests
- Maintain clean tables and assist with opening/closing

What We’re Looking For
- Previous waiter or bartender experience (Japanese dining a plus)
- Professional, reliable, and guest-focused attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- RSA (NSW) required or willing to obtain
- Available 4–8 shifts per week (evenings/weekends included)
