About the Role
We are a friendly, well-run motel in Loganholme looking for a reliable and motivated Motel All-Rounder to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and is happy to work across housekeeping and front office duties.
You do not need experience in both areas — experience in either housekeeping or front office is sufficient. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Housekeeping Duties
- Cleaning guest rooms and bathrooms to a high standard
- Making beds and replenishing room supplies
- Maintaining cleanliness of common areas
- Reporting maintenance issues
Front Office Duties
- Guest check-in and check-out
- Taking bookings and phone enquiries
- Handling payments and basic administration
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
About You
- Previous experience in housekeeping OR front office (hotel/motel experience preferred)
- Willingness to learn both roles
- Good communication skills and a friendly manner
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Good attention to detail and cleanliness standards
- Comfortable using basic computer systems (for front office tasks)

Availability
- Weekdays and weekends may be required
- Availability for full-day shifts (8:00am–7:00pm) covering both front office and housekeeping is required. Most days it will be either 5 hours office 8-1 or 2-7 or housekeeping 9-1
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $32.31 – $45.24 per hour
