To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
- Previous experience of minimum of 3 years in a Learning and Development Advisor/Business Partner role
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience administering learning programs and managing competing deadlines
- Confidence working with learning technologies and reporting systems
- A solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail and initiative
Experience within a professional services, legal or corporate environment, along with exposure to LMS platforms, facilitation, instructional design or e-learning development, will be highly regarded.
Your role
As Learning & Development Advisor/Partner, you'll coordinate and support a broad range of learning initiatives across the firm, including onboarding, professional development, leadership programs, graduate development, and compliance training.
You'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional learner experience through effective program coordination, strong stakeholder engagement, accurate administration, and continuous improvement of learning processes and systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating learning programs, workshops, webinars and development initiatives
- Managing end-to-end learning logistics, communications and stakeholder engagement
- Maintaining learning records, reporting and Learning Management System (LMS) administration
- Supporting the development and enhancement of learning materials and digital content
- Providing advice and support to employees and leaders on learning opportunities and resources
- Collecting and analysing feedback, reporting on participation and learning outcomes, and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, facilitators and external learning providers
This role can be based in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane and open to someone working a four-day week as well as full time.
