Dance Innovation Team (DIT) is an award-winning dance school dedicated to building strong technical foundations while creating an inspiring and supportive learning environment for every student.
With over 150 students and continued expansion across multiple campuses, we are seeking a passionate Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) Ballet Instructor to lead and grow our ballet program.

About the Role
You will:
- Teach RAD Ballet classes from Pre-Primary through higher grades (depending on experience)
- Prepare students for RAD examinations
- Deliver engaging, structured and age-appropriate lessons
- Inspire confidence, discipline and a love of ballet
- Provide feedback to students and parents
- Work alongside our leadership team to continue developing a high-quality ballet program
- Participate in performances, examinations and studio events
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Strong knowledge of the RAD syllabus
- Experience teaching children and young dancers
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Passion for developing technique in a positive learning environment
- Current Working With Children Check
Desirable:
- Experience preparing students for RAD examinations
- Choreography experience
- Experience teaching multiple age groups
- First Aid Certificate
