What you'll be doing
Provide support and management for the planning, implementation, training and accuracy of the District’s Procurement and Contract Management activities and systems.
Review of procurement, contract, and contract management activities to support compliance.

You’re someone who brings a strong blend of relevant tertiary qualifications and practical experience, shaping you into a reliable, adaptable professional who thrives in dynamic environments. You’re recognised for your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, drawing on confident communication skills and a calm, solutions‑focused approach to interpersonal challenges. You manage your time with intention and clarity, consistently meeting targets and deadlines through disciplined organisation and thoughtful problem‑solving.
Your work style is flexible and responsive, allowing you to adjust your practices to support the priorities of the Mid North Coast Local Health District. You’re comfortable navigating varied software programs, applying competent computer skills across word processing, data systems and spreadsheets. You demonstrate strength in planning, negotiation, analysis and conceptual thinking, including the development of performance measures that support broader system needs.
You also bring experience in training staff in IT applications and administrative systems, creating clear, accurate training materials that help others feel confident and capable. With a current driver’s licence and the ability to travel as required, you’re equipped to support work across multiple sites with consistency and professionalism.
