We are currently seeking a Civil or Structural Engineer with 3–7 years of experience to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive consultancy environment.
About the Role
As part of our engineering team, you’ll work on a wide range of projects—from Stormwater and Structural design to land development and infrastructure.
You’ll solve real-world problems, liaise directly with clients, and contribute to high-impact work across WA and beyond.

Your Responsibilities
Deliver small to medium-scale projects, from initial scope through to completion;
Conduct site investigations and prepare high-quality technical documentation;
Liaise with clients, authorities, and project teams; and
Assist in the preparation of proposals and ensure adherence to project budgets and schedules.
What We’re Looking For
3–7 years of experience in Civil and/or Structural engineering;
A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (accredited by Engineers Australia);
On your way to CPEng registration;
Current WA resident with full Australian work rights (we cannot offer sponsorship);
A WA driver’s licence and own vehicle;
Strong communication skills, time management, and a can-do attitude; and
A genuine desire to learn and grow across both Civil and Structural disciplines.
