STAR dentistry is looking for a Dental assistant/Reception all rounder to be a long term addition to the team.
This is a position for someone that gets bored just sitting in a regular dental assistant role suctioning saliva all day and likes to be busy in many different tasks.
The position is a solo position in the clinic, working alongside the lead dentist, and involves being the first point of contact for patients as they arrive, meeting and greeting, answering questions, inputting patient information, taking healthfund/payments, booking further appointments along with basic admin/filing tasks. From the DA point of view, setting up/cleaning the rooms, instrument sterilisation, and suction in some of the procedures that the Doctor will require.
We are looking for someone that is bubbly, enjoys talking and interacting with patients, ready to learn our systems, happy to follow instructions and training manuals, has a keen eye for detail to keep our clinic looking 5*, and is a motivated worker.
Training will be provided on the job, but experience in the dental field and also d4w/hicaps payment software will be highly regarded.
We are looking for an immediate start.
Clinic hours are
9-6 Monday Weds
10-7 Thursday
9-4 Friday
Start time is 30 mins before the first patient, and end time is 30 mins after
