The Role
We are currently seeking an energetic and well-presented Visual Merchandiser based in Melbourne CBD to support our expanding client portfolio. This casual role will commence at approximately 15 hours per Week, with the opportunity for growth.
As a Visual Merchandiser at Mon + Co, you will be responsible for executing high-quality visual merchandising standards across multiple retail locations, ensuring each space reflects the client’s brand vision while delivering a premium customer experience.
Skills & Experience
- A genuine passion for retail and visual merchandising
- Strong creative flair with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident liaising with store teams, management, and clients
- Comfortable using smartphones and digital reporting systems
- Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Flexibility to travel between multiple locations in one day
- Physically capable of moving fixtures, stock, and VM equipment
