We're looking for approximately 5 Line Cooks/Chefs to join our team for the 9-day EKKA Show period (Saturday 8 August 2026 – Sunday 16 August 2026) at YumYum Noodle Market (Dragon Express).

About the Role
You'll be working in a fast-paced food stall environment, supporting the kitchen team with cooking, food preparation, and service during one of Australia's largest events.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and cooking menu items
- Assisting with food preparation and stock organisation
- Maintaining speed, quality, and consistency during busy service periods
- Following food safety and hygiene standards
- Working efficiently in a high-volume show environment
Requirements
- Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
- Reliable and able to commit to the full show period

This is a hands-on role suited to people who thrive in a busy, energetic environment and can maintain strong quality, efficiency, and attention to detail during peak service times.
