Talent Acquisition Business Partner – Permanent - Full Time - Forrestdale
As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving our recruitment efforts across a range of positions within the Operations area of the business.
This permanent full-time opportunity involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple roles simultaneously, utilising Success Factors to streamline and enhance our hiring practices. Strong Collaboration with stakeholders at all levels, you'll ensure an efficient, effective, and engaging recruitment experience.
Your Role in Action
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for a diverse portfolio of blue and white-collar roles in Operations across the network. (Metro & Regional).
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with recruitment strategies.
Use Success Factors to manage the recruitment process efficiently, from job posting through to candidate onboarding.
Continuously assess and enhance recruitment processes to boost efficiency and improve candidate experience.
Demonstrate strong organisational abilities to manage multiple recruitment tasks effectively.
Exhibit excellent communication skills for professional interactions with stakeholders at all levels.
What Makes You a Great Fit
Experience: Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment of Blue- and White-collar roles, with experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously in an Operational space. Demonstrated success in sourcing for hard-to-fill roles by implementing out-of-the-box talent attraction and recruitment strategies.
Skills: Strong organisational skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and meet deadlines.
Knowledge: Familiarity with Success Factors or similar recruitment systems.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
