We are currently looking for an experienced Office Manager to lead our administration and customer service operations and support the continued growth of the business.
About the Role
This leadership role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office and ensuring smooth coordination between administration, customer service, warehouse, and field teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the administration and customer service teams
- Manage onshore and offshore office support functions
- Maintain high standards of customer service across phone, email, and job coordination
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and response times
- Handle customer escalations and resolve complex service issues
- Improve office systems, workflows, and internal processes
- Support scheduling, job flow, and communication between office, warehouse, and field teams
- Train, mentor, and manage team members to ensure accountability and performance
- Assist with reporting, compliance, and operational planning
- Work closely with senior management to support business growth and efficiency
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring strong leadership, organizational, or operational management experience.
Essential Experience, Skills & Qualifications
- Certificate III in Business Administration, Business Management, Leadership and Management, or similar
- 3–5 years of proven experience in an Office Manager, Administration Manager, or Operations role
- Proven experience in office management, administration management, or customer service leadership
- Strong people management skills, including managing remote or offshore teams
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving ability
- Confident working in a fast-paced service-based environment
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to build systems, improve processes, and keep teams accountable
Desirable Skills & Qualifications
- Certificate IV in Business Administration, Business Management, Leadership and Management, or similar
- Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Business, Management, or Leadership
- Experience managing offshore teams
- Experience in trades, logistics, or service-based industries
- Experience using CRM or job management systems such as SimPRO or similar

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
