We are looking for a Cocktail & Bar person to join our team at one of Melbourne's most iconic and respected Live Music Venues. This position is for an immediate start and is perfect for people that love being a part of a creative atmosphere.
To be successful in these roles, the ideal candidates will have:
- Competent cocktail skills
- A robust and broad knowledge of Australian wines
- Experience working in similar style venues
- Motivation and a positive attitude
- Passion for providing excellent hospitality service
- Excellent communication skills, time management and presentation
- The ability to engage customers and build relationships with the regular patrons
