Key Responsibilities
- Customer service: greeting, guiding, ordering, and creating an "awesome vibe."
- Maintaining food safety and quality standards.
- Retaining knowledge of seasonal menus and dietary information.
- Operating the POS system and handling payments.
- Maintaining a clean and organised environment (service, seating, restroom, storage).
- Restocking and performing opening/closing duties.
Key Requirements (About You)
- Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
- Positive, upbeat, and hardworking team player.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong communication, great personal presentation, and attention to detail.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Availability for evenings, weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as required.
