The Vault Electrical & Security Group has over 20 years’ experience in electrical and security requirements for commercial, residential, and industrial sectors. As our business thrives, we are looking for a hungry, detail-oriented professional to expand our client base.
The Role & Your Skills
You are a proactive dealmaker with a proven track record of winning business and providing accurate electrical project estimates with a high win ratio.
- Exceptional ability to network, negotiate, and proactively close commercial contracts.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Commercial Estimator, Cost Planner, or similar role.
- Minimum 5 years’ proven performance in sales and business development
- Current knowledge of construction industry pricing and market conditions and construction methodologies.
A Typical Day
- Actively prospect for new commercial opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Prepare detailed estimates, quantity take-offs, and competitive tender proposals.
- Identify project risks and negotiate quotations from contractors and suppliers.
The Rewards
