We're not just a bar; we're the absolute social hub of the WA sailing community, and we're looking for a stellar bartender to join our crew.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, can pour a perfect pint while having a laugh with the locals, and don't need your hand held when the rush hits—we want you!
What You’ll Actually Be Doing
Slinging Drinks: Preparing and serving a wide range of beverages with speed, accuracy, and a smile (especially when it gets crazy).
Crushing the Rush: Confidently navigating high-volume shifts calmly and like a total pro.
Taming the Tech: Operating our POS system to efficiently and accurately process orders and payments without breaking a sweat.
Making Friends: Providing warm, welcoming hospitality that makes our members and guests feel right at home.
Keeping it Clean: Maintaining a sparkling, fully stocked bar that's always ready for action, strictly adhering to RSA and hygiene standards.
Do You Have What It Takes?
You’ve been around the block: Proven experience in a busy bar, pub, or club environment.You’re a proactive problem-solver who can think on their feet.
You and POS systems are old friends.
You’re a reliable, positive team player (we love our crew and want you to, too!).
Required:A valid WA Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
Required: A valid Food Safety certification.
The Nitty-GrittyAvailability: Must have the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and our legendary regatta/event shifts.
The Look: Bring your own black pants and enclosed black shoes/sneakers. We’ll provide you up with the official FSC Crew T-shirt.
