Job Title: EUC/ desktop support Engineer
Location: Brisbane, Australia (Onsite Required)
Experience: 3-7 years
Technical Skills:
- Windows support (RDP, OS deployment, server/desktop admin, file handling, peripherals)
- Networking support (Cisco routers/switches, SD-WAN checks)
- PowerShell (basic automation and validation)
- ServiceNow (incident, request, and change task management)
- Active Directory and access management
Operational Capability:
- Experience supporting live, business-critical systems
- Strong troubleshooting capability during deployments
- Ability to work effectively in time-constrained, to remote environments
- Capability to work independently while collaborating with field technician
Responsibilities:
- Perform software installation, configuration, and validation
- Conduct pre- and post-install system checks
- Support application cutover and system readiness
- Provide real-time technical support to MaxTech technicians during installs
- Perform basic troubleshooting during rollout activities
- Assist with network and connectivity validation
- Support integration of peripherals and venue hardware devices
- Provide remote escalation support where required
- Perform operational monitoring and health checks
