As our organisation continues to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and motivated Community Worker to join our team.
About the Role
As a Community Worker, you will work alongside NDIS participants to build independence, develop life skills, strengthen community connections, and achieve their personal goals.
This is more than a support role – you will be helping people create opportunities, increase confidence, and actively participate in their communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support participants to achieve individual NDIS goals.
- Facilitate community access, social engagement, and skill development activities.
- Assist participants to build independence in daily living and community participation.
- Advocate for participant choice, rights, and inclusion.
- Liaise with families, guardians, allied health professionals, and support networks.
- Assist participants to access education, employment, recreational, and community opportunities.
- Deliver person-centred supports in accordance with participant plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and incident reports.
- Promote participant wellbeing, safety, and positive outcomes.

You are passionate about making a positive impact in people's lives and have a strong commitment to person-centred practice.
ssential Requirements
✔ Diploma or higher qualification in Community Services, Disability, Human Services, Social Work, or a related field
✔ Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
✔ Current Working with Children Check
✔ Current Australian Driver's Licence
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay: $85,000.00 per year
