Your new role:
This role provides flexible, short-term administrative relief across Metro South Addiction and Mental Health Services, ensuring continuity of high-quality support during staff absences.
Deliver intermediate-level administrative and secretarial support across a range of clinical and corporate settings
Act as a key point of contact, managing reception, phone and email enquiries with professionalism and discretion
Coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks including document preparation, data entry, meeting support and diary management
Work autonomously and collaboratively across multiple sites, adapting quickly to new teams, systems and priorities
About you:
You are a reliable and adaptable administration professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in delivering efficient, customer-focused support.
Demonstrated experience in administrative and reception duties, with strong Microsoft Office skills
Proven ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and work independently when required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage respectfully with staff, patients and the public
Flexible, organised and responsive, with a willingness to work across multiple locations and teams
