This is a full-time opportunity for an enthusiastic, hardworking and reliable person. Opportunities are also available for staff with sommelier experience and knowledge.
Location: Chatswood, NSW
Duties and Key Responsibilities:
- Develops and designs menus in collaboration with chefs.
- Plans, coordinates, and oversees special functions and events.
- Manages the procurement and pricing of goods in line with budget requirements.
- Maintains accurate records of stock, purchases, and financial transactions.
- Ensures that dining and food service areas meet health, safety, and presentation standards.
- Engages with customers to evaluate their satisfaction with food quality and service.
- Recruits, trains, and supervises front-of-house and kitchen staff.
- May handle reservations, welcome guests, and assist with order taking as needed.
- Oversees and manages the overall operations of the restaurant to ensure efficient dining and catering services.
Experience
Either:
· At least 2 years of relevant work experience preferred
· Holds at least a AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma or has 3 years of relevant experience to substitute.

· Must possess excellent communication, management and leadership skills, and interpersonal skills.
Annual salary package: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per annum plus superannuation
