Your opportunity:
Contribute to the effective and efficient management and administration of the school by providing a high level of confidential administrative and executive support to the Principal.
Major Accountabilities:
Daily Supervisions
Teaching HR
TRS
Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
Manage daily teaching and PGD supervisions for absent teachers and teacher aides.
Oversee TRS budget.
Manage teacher leave applications and maintain leave schedule.
Process employee movements through the Employee Movement Portal.
Oversee the Temporary Engagement Management Portal
Manage daily TRS claims through the Claims Portal.
Oversee annual mandatory training for teachers.
Oversee SBS, including credits and usages and annual profile.
Assist Deputy Principal with rehabilitation and return to work administration.
Manage onboarding for all teaching staff.
