What we are looking for:
We are looking for accomplished Chefs and Cooks to join our kitchen. You’ll help execute a menu that’s approachable, contemporary, and uniquely Australian, all while working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. This is a hands-on role working alongside your team in delivering high quality standard to all our guests, whilst achieving departmental goals and KPI's. Executing seasonal exciting menus for the restaurant, bar and dedicated function room, no two days will be the same.
