BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Currently seeking motivated and professional Business Development Managers to grow sales and the dealer network Australia Wide. As this is a travelling role you can be situated on the Eastern Seaboard or Perth region in WA and work remotely.
What’s it like to work here?
This is an opportunity to join a proudly Australian-owned business with a legacy spanning more than 30 years in the design and manufacture of high-quality spray equipment, poly tanks, firefighting units and diesel transfer solutions. The company is an OEM with a strong reputation for innovation, reliability and supporting dealers with products built for Australian conditions. You’ll be part of a small, tight-knit team where collaboration, fun and mutual support are at the heart of the culture, committed to doing good work and celebrating success together. The pace is dynamic and varied, so no two days feel the same, and you’ll be trusted with the autonomy to achieve results while knowing you have a strong team behind you. If you enjoy being part of a company that values loyalty, positivity and growth, this is the environment for you.
How will you contribute?
In this dynamic role, you will take ownership of an assigned territory, with a focus on growing and strengthening a well-established dealer network, including councils and government departments. You’ll spend your time building strong relationships with existing dealers and accounts to ensure their ongoing growth and success, while also identifying and onboarding new opportunities in key strategic areas. Working closely with dealers, you will develop long-term partnerships by supporting tailored marketing initiatives, enhancing in-store presence, and delivering engaging customer experiences.
The role involves regular travel throughout your territory, giving you the opportunity to connect directly with dealers and uncover new opportunities, while also offering the flexibility of working from home. This is a position where your impact will be tangible-directly influencing sales outcomes and contributing to the business’s long-term success.
You will also have the opportunity to attend field days and events and engage in phone conversations to promote and sell a great range of products to farmers, councils and contractors, including working with end users to provide solutions to their needs.
What’s in it for you?
Here you’ll find a business that values its people as much as its customers. You’ll be supported with training, recognition and opportunities to grow, while enjoying a culture that rewards effort and celebrates success.
