About the Role
The Country Manager – Sales (Australia) will oversee ICT’s commercial operations across Australia, driving enterprise growth, channel success, and vendor alignment. Australia is a core strategic market for ICT, requiring strong leadership and technology distribution expertise.
Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Leadership
- Develop country-wide growth strategies, revenue goals, and account plans.
- Lead sales forecasting, budget planning, and market expansion.
Channel Ecosystem Development
- Strengthen relationships with major distributors, resellers, cloud providers, and integrators.
- Recruit and enable partners aligned with ICT’s portfolio and expansion goals.
Vendor Engagement
- Coordinate closely with Supermicro, cybersecurity, cloud, and software vendors.
- Ensure product availability, pricing accuracy, and promotional alignment.
Enterprise & Corporate Sales
- Engage enterprise customers across government, finance, healthcare, and retail.
- Lead major account negotiations and bid responses.
Market Insights
- Monitor Australia’s ICT landscape, competition, pricing trends, and regulations.
- Identify high-growth opportunities and new product lines.
Reporting & Leadership
- Provide structured reporting, insights, and performance metrics to APAC leadership.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, finance, presales, and operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- 10–15+ years of ICT sales experience in Australia.
- Strong network with Australian enterprise and channel partners.
- Experience working with global technology vendors.
Skills
- Strong leadership and negotiation capabilities.
- Excellent market and customer insight.
- Strong communication and strategic thinking.
- Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder engagements.
