We are looking for a reliable and organised Administration Officer to support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with excellent administrative skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for making a positive difference.
About the Role
This is a part-time position working 20 hours per week (4 hours per day, Monday to Friday). You will provide administrative support to ensure the efficient day-to-day operations of the organisation while assisting our team in delivering exceptional services to participants.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls and respond to email enquiries.
- Maintain accurate participant and employee records.
- Prepare service agreements, correspondence, and documentation.
- Assist with participant onboarding and referrals.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and staff rosters.
- Maintain filing systems and electronic records.
- Support invoice processing and general office administration.
- Assist with compliance documentation and audits.
- Order office supplies and maintain office organisation.
- Provide administrative support to management and the wider team.
About You
Essential
- Previous administration or office support experience.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Full working rights in Australia.
Desirable
- Previous experience in the NDIS, disability, aged care, or community services sector.
- Experience using client management systems such as ShiftCare or similar.
- Certificate III or IV in Business Administration or a related qualification.
