Job Brief
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Site Engineer to join our growing team.
In this role, you will help deliver high-rise residential and mixed-use projects with quality and care. You will work closely with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to make sure work is done safely, on time, and to the highest standard.

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is done as per drawings and plans
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Maintain QA documents, ITPs, inspections, and RFIs
- Ensure safety and quality standards are followed at all times
- Track progress and report updates to the project team
- Use project management tools such as Procore for documentation and tracking
Qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering
- Experience in high-rise residential or mixed-use projects
- Good knowledge of QA processes, ITPs, inspections, and RFIs
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Familiarity with project software (Procore experience is highly valued)
- Ability to work well in a team and manage site challenges calmly
