The Role:
The Customer Analyst plays a key role in shaping how customer data is defined, governed, and used to drive smarter marketing outcomes.
You will partner with Digital, Marketing, Analytics, and IT teams to turn customer data into actionable insights that improve personalisation, engagement, and known customer revenue.
You will provide:
- Ownership of customer data strategy, ensuring strong governance and data quality
- Development of customer segmentation and insights to support targeted digital marketing
- Analysis of digital campaign performance, translating findings into clear recommendations
- Delivery of BI dashboards, reporting, and self-service analytics capability
- Identification and integration of third-party data sources to enhance customer insight

About You:
- Tertiary qualification in analytics, data, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience working with customer data, segmentation, and insights
- Strong ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
- Commercial mindset with a focus on ROI and customer outcomes
- Advanced reporting and BI dashboarding skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills with attention to detail and data integrity
