- This is a site-based role working in a small team
- Follow the direction and work under the instruction of experienced technicians
- Work with experienced technicians to assist with the professional installation for residential and small commercial clients air conditioning needs
- Assist experienced technicians with service, repairs and maintenance as required
- Ensure outstanding customer service through quality workmanship and communication excellence
- Completed HSC or equivalent
- Minimum one-year work experience (part time, full time or casual)
- Ready to make a career out of the trade
- A positive, pro-active and respectful attitude always
- Excellent all-round communications skills
- High attention to detail
- Passionate and enthusiastic
- Hold current Drivers Licence
- Industry Induction Card
- Experience in a trade or customer service environment
