Your role
Supervise a team and allocate resources to support the delivery of jury services across the NSW Court System.
What you’ll do
As the Team Leader, Jury Services, you will lead a frontline team of up to 30 staff.
You’ll manage and develop the team promoting a working environment that values ethical behaviour and quality service delivery.
The ideal candidate will be a strong people leader who is committed working closely with customers and stakeholders to achieve business outcomes, contribute to a positive work culture and the development of staff within their team.
Please note: the role involves exposure to graphic content, including images, photographs and discussions relating to violence, sexual assault and/or homicide matters.
What we’re looking for
We are looking for a Team Leader to join our Jury Services team.
As the Team Leader, Jury Services you will lead a team of frontline staff in a complex, challenging, and fast paced environment, provide hands-on support to ensure the effective running of the day to day-to-day operations of their team.
The ideal candidate will be a strong people leader who is committed working closely with customers and stakeholders to achieve business outcomes, contribute to a positive work culture and the development of staff within their team.
As the Team Leader you will be responsible for:
Managing, supervising, and developing staff.
Implementing policies, procedures ensuring staff are trained and informed of procedural and legislative changes.
Providing timely and effective resolutions when addressing complex and sensitive enquiries and issues.
Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and work in different jurisdictions and court locations.
Ability to maintain the confidentiality and the integrity of the Court and the jury process.
Ability to pass pre-employment checks (National Criminal History Fingerprint Check & reference checks)
