Endota Spa is seeking an experienced and motivated Beauty Therapist to join our welcoming team. We are looking for someone who loves helping clients feel their best, is confident in achieving sales and treatment goals, and thrives in a professional spa environment.
We are offering either a Casual position (3–4 days per week) or Part-Time employment, depending on your availability.

About the Role
As a Beauty Therapist, you will provide exceptional treatments while creating memorable experiences for our guests. You will be confident in recommending products and treatments, building client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the spa.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality spa and beauty treatments
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Recommend retail products and future treatments
- Build and maintain a loyal client base
- Achieve treatment, retail, rebooking, and other KPI targets
- Contribute positively to the spa team and culture
What We're Looking For
✔ Qualified Beauty Therapist (Certificate IV, Diploma or equivalent)
✔ Previous spa or beauty industry experience preferred
✔ Proven experience working towards and achieving KPIs, including retail sales and rebooking targets
✔ Strong massage and facial skills
✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✔ Professional presentation and a positive attitude
✔ Full Australian working rights (no working holiday visas)
✔ Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends as required
