Positive Pathways Services is a registered NDIS provider committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support. We are looking for a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Female Disability Support Worker to join our team and support a participant in the Wilston area.
About the Role
We are seeking a female support worker to provide one-on-one support to an NDIS participant in Wilston.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Personal care (if required)
- Community access and social support
- Assistance with daily living activities
- Domestic assistance
- Supporting the participant to achieve their individual goals
- Completing accurate shift notes after each shift
What We're Looking For
- A caring, patient, and positive attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work independently and follow support plans
- Previous disability support experience is preferred but not essential
Essential Requirements
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
- Blue Card (or willing to obtain)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Smartphone for documentation
- Full Australian working rights
