Tanami is one of Australia's most remote and significant underground gold mines, located deep in the Tanami Desert of the Northern Territory. As a Mechanical Supervisor, you'll lead a mechanical maintenance team to deliver safe, reliable, and high-quality maintenance outcomes across critical fixed plant and shaft infrastructure systems. You'll play a key role in maintaining operational performance while developing your team and driving continuous improvement.
- Mechanical Trade Qualification or Mechanical Engineering degree, with a current driver's licence.

Experience supervising fixed plant maintenance teams supporting shaft infrastructure, winders, crushers, and conveyor systems.

Strong knowledge of shaft infrastructure, mine hoisting systems, and reliability practices for koepe and drum winders.

Demonstrated leadership capability with the ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable for safe performance.

Experience using maintenance management systems such as SAP, including planning, scheduling, and KPI reporting.
Daily collaboration with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, HSE, and project stakeholders.
