The Role
We are seeking an experienced and service-driven Venue Manager to lead operations, overseeing dinner service, late-night trade, and private events.
This role suits a confident hospitality leader who thrives in premium dining and high-energy environments, enjoys leading from the floor, and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences and operational standards.
The Responsibilities
- Lead venue operations across dinner service, late-night trade, and events
Manage and mentor FOH teams including floor, bar, and supervisors
- Drive exceptional guest experience and premium service standards
- Oversee staffing, reservations flow, and nightly execution
- Manage labour, stock, and operational costs
- Ensure compliance with RSA, RMLV, WHS, and food safety standards
- Be a visible, hands-on leader during peak service periods
- Work closely with kitchen and entertainment teams to maintain the overall guest experience
The Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Venue Manager
- Proven premium dining, nightlife, or hotel F&B experience
- Strong leadership and commercial capability
- Exceptional guest engagement and problem-solving skills
- Calm, confident decision-making under pressure
- Current RSA and RMLV
- Full Australian working rights
